Taixin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was founded in Xinzhu Science Industrial Park in 1983. It is the IC design company of the first wafer factory in Asia. Seantech shares are listed on OTC in Taiwan, with code 5302 since 1991. The current seantech operation headquarters and R & D center are located in the seantech R & D building in Taipei's Inner Lake Science and technology park.
